The force behind Daewoo Electronics' next generation HD Ready LCD Panels is the next generation of MGDI - MGDi Plus (Meta Genuine Digital Image+).

Black and White contrasts are adapted dynamically in dark scenes, noise of grey tones are reduced. Colour, intensity and saturation enhanced. E²M-technology (Edge Enhance Management) sharpens and smooths the edges between adjacent pixels. HFD (High Fidelity Dithering) eliminates the motion and noise that often affects fast picture sequences, producing more life-like images.
