All of our Plasma televisions provide users with convenient and easy to use functions
and controls. A stylish addition to any home, their weight and thin design allow
you to hang the Plasma TV from a wall to save space in your bedroom or living room.
Colourful Technology
In a Plasma display panel, an electrical discharge passes through
a special gas-plasma mixture to produce UV light. This light reacts
with the red, blue, or green phosphorus coating in each cell,
to produce the
millions of bright colours you see on the screen.
This reaction takes place between two sandwiched panels that are 0.1mm apart,
allowing the plasma display panel to be super-thin regardless to their display dimensions.
Picture Perfect
Daewoo Electronics' advanced Plasma technology ensures there is no colour
spreading or flickering images. Unlike CRT television, it is unaffected by surrounding magnetic fields. This
ensures a unique and even picture being maintained at all times.
Bringing the theatre to your home
Daewoo Electronics' Plasma television has a super wide viewing angle with a native widescreen 16:9
aspect ratio, which is standard for digital broadcasting and DVD.

High Definition Plasma Finale
Plasma is especially suited, more than any other display technology, to High Definition DVD. Even with the latest in LCD, Plasma's unique ability to display an image CRT-like that is indistinguishable from the latest CRT displays, gives it an even greater edge when feeding a High Definition signal. 720P and 1080i is expertly married to Daewoo Electronics' latest Plasma technolgies, and the results are astonishing if you are all too familiar with 480i/480P and the standards currently set with U.K. digital broadcast.
